ADRS Family Fun Day 2019 – A Heartwarming Success!
We cannot thank everyone enough who joined us for our fun day. It was truly heart-warming to see so many of our adopted dogs, some of whom have grown into bigger-than-small beauties, and others who have made life-changing transformations that I never thought possible. These are dogs that, in other circumstances, might not have made it out alive. We are forever grateful to our amazing adopters for giving these pups the chance they deserve.
A special thank you to Rab Slavin and the Eagle Inn for not only letting us take over the bar for the day but also for covering the expenses and organising the races. Your support means the world to us.
We’re thrilled to share that we raised a whopping £1,031.50, and we're hoping to use this towards bringing a litter of 7 homeless puppies to Scotland in mid-October—just before Brexit. We’re in urgent need of adopters, fosters, and shares before October 31st because Brexit will temporarily halt our ability to bring dogs into the UK. It’s a devastating setback, as the need for rescue will not stop.
But let’s end on a positive note! A huge thank you to everyone who made this day so special and helped raise vital funds for our cause. Together, we’re making a real difference!
ADRS Family Fun Day 2024 – A Howling Success!
Well, what can we say? Our ADRS Family Fun Day was an absolute blast, and we are completely blown away by everyone’s generosity! Thanks to you, we raised a WHOPPING £3,000! 🎉
Check out these photos to see just how much fun everyone had. We were thrilled to have two of our kennel dogs with us, and we're excited to share that both now have foster and adoption enquiries! Every dog at the event was impeccably behaved—huge kudos to their owners and to all the rescue pups out there proving that they can overcome their pasts and be the most amazing pets.
