Fostering

The shelters in Romania are currently full past capacity which has resulted in dogs being euthanised daily. We are foster based around Scotland, meaning we advertise dogs from Romania, and if adopted they will go straight to their adopter, however we don't like to leave dogs behind as getting to a safe home is crucial for these dogs so we rely on our dedicated foster team who can provide a warm and loving temporary home, assess the dog and work on behaviours.

Home Checking

Our dedicated team of home checkers conducts video calls with potential adopters to learn about their family, home environment, and commitment to addressing common behaviors. These calls are an essential part of our adoption process, helping us gather key information to ensure the best match for both the adopter and the animal. During the call, we provide guidance and tips to help adopters prepare. There is no travel required for this position.

Welfare Support

Our Welfare Team is a dedicated group of supporters who work closely with adopters before, during, and after the arrival of their dogs. They help prepare adopters for the first few days with their new pet, offering guidance on settling in and answering any questions. Throughout the process, our Welfare Team maintains regular contact via phone and messages, providing ongoing support as needed. There is no travel required for this position.

Dog Walking

We work with a local kennel in Barrhead, Glasgow, where our dedicated team of volunteers takes our dogs on regular walks and adventures. These outings not only give the dogs much-needed exercise and mental stimulation but also provide valuable insights into their behavior and temperament. Additionally, the team captures photos and videos during these activities, which are essential for creating profiles to help with the dogs' adoption journeys.

If you’re unable to volunteer, donating is a great way to support dogs and cats in need. Your contributions provide essential resources like food, medical care, and transportation, helping us rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals. Every donation makes a difference.
